1. Kindly package your machine in such a way as to protect against any and all possible damage during transit. The best is to use bubble wrap to wrap the machine, and then to put the machine in a box, or wrap it in a box paying special attention to the corners.

2. Please note that if we receive the machine, and it is either still active on an iCloud account that needs to be removed, or if the device has been wiped and already set up before sending it, the testing process may be delayed by up to 48 hours.
